The police have prohibited vehicle passage to Kiran. Bishop Bagrat and MP Arthur Sargsyan were transporting through the village of Acharkut to Kiran.

Bishop Bagrat and MP Arthur Sargsyan have embarked on foot towards Kiran. Arshak Zakaryan is being taken to the police station by his vehicle.
