Temperature to Decrease: Weather Forecast in Armenia
From May 2-6, significant parts of the Republic of Armenia are expected to experience rain and thunderstorms at times. In the evening hours of May 2 and from May 3-6 in certain regions, the precipitation may be intense, with possible hail. This information is provided by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia.
The wind will be from the southeast at a speed of 2-5 m/s, with strong gusts of wind expected during thunderstorms at a speed of 18-23 m/s.
Daytime temperatures on May 2-3 will gradually decrease by 9-11 degrees, while in Lori and Tavush, temperatures will drop by 12-14 degrees. In Yerevan, on May 2, after noon, rain and thunderstorms are expected intermittently from May 3-6. In the evening hours of May 2 and on May 3-4, intense thunderstorms will also bring wind gusts of 17-20 m/s.
During the daytime of May 2, temperatures in the capital city will range from 26 to 28 degrees, and in the evening hours, temperatures will be recorded at +18 to +20 degrees.
