I sincerely hope that the programs implemented during my tenure have contributed to the progress in creating a comfortable urban environment, and that the steps taken towards that goal have had visible results and will continue to be a guiding star for the future.
As of today, I am stepping down from the position of head of the Central Administrative District; however, I will continue to serve Yerevan and its residents by contributing to the creation of a comfortable and prosperous environment in the capital,” he wrote.
