During the announcement hour in the National Assembly, KPA MP Narek Grigoryan delivered a speech. Grigoryan also called not to refer to the Primate of the Tavush Diocese, Bagrat Galstanyan, as blessed. He stated, "What you are saying, holy, I don't know what—this Bagrat. Whoever refers to him as blessed should not say such things; the blessed are holy people, those who spread the word of God. They spread the word of God, say good prayers, wish good, not curse. He says, 'They will die, I will go to their panikhida.' Yes, I will live for 98 years, and you will be 200 years old; you will come to my panikhida. They will all be hit."
