16-Year-Old Boy Jumps from Yerevan’s Kievyan Bridge; Survives

The rescue service reports that on April 30, at 10:59 AM, the crisis management national center received a call about a citizen who had jumped from Yerevan’s Kievyan Bridge.

A combat unit from the firefighting and rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, an operational group from the crisis management center, and a duty psychologist from the psychological support department were dispatched to the scene.

Rescuers and police found T.M. (born in 2008) under the bridge and brought him to an ambulance. The injured was hospitalized, where his health condition was assessed as extremely critical.

The duty psychologist from the psychological support department provided psychological assistance to T.M.’s relatives at the scene.
