The Situation at the Front Has Worsened: Commander of Ukraine’s Armed Forces

The situation at the front has worsened, stated the Commander of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, Oleksandr Syrskyi. He also confirmed the withdrawal of Ukrainian forces from Berdysh and Semyonivka near Avdiivka, as well as from Novomykhailivka near Maryinka.

“In an attempt to seize the strategic initiative and break through the front line, the enemy has concentrated significant efforts in several directions, creating a substantial advantage in troops and resources. They are actively attacking along the entire front line, achieving tactical successes in some areas,” Syrskyi wrote.

He also noted that the situation for the Ukrainian army has become more complicated in the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove directions, which are under the control of Donetsk.
