He stated, 'I believe that in the coming years, Brusov State University should return to its former title, focusing on linguistic and language society education, and the teaching of foreign languages. This uncertain name is outdated today. It is merely a state university. It is neither clearly specified nor defined, and there is no professional designation within this name. I expect the authorized body and the government to support me in this matter as well.'
The Prime Minister commented that the government will provide support on this issue, saying, 'The government also expects your support because, you know, we have a very ambitious program in the field of higher education.'

In his address, the newly appointed rector requested government assistance in changing the university's name: 'Brusov State University must return to its prior title focusing on linguistic and language society education and foreign language teaching. This uncertain name of Brusov State University is outdated; it lacks specific identification and professional designation within its title.
