VIDEO: Arman Tsarukyan Comments on His Altercation with Audience Member
Arman Tsarukyan, the Armenian-Russian MMA fighter, has commented on his altercation with an audience member during a UFC event, referring to it as a provocation. “He showed me the middle finger and tried to hit me, I responded with a strike. No one should show me such gestures, no matter who they are, I will respond. You can do that from 200 meters away, but if you are closer, the reaction will be automatic. I am from Russia, please don’t do that, otherwise, I will end up in jail here in the USA,” Tsarukyan said during a press conference, with the video posted on the MMA Fighting page on X platform.
Tsarukyan won against Brazilian Charles Oliveira at UFC 300 fight night held in Las Vegas on Saturday. Prior to the fight, the Armenian fighter got into an argument with one of the spectators. A video of the scuffle has surfaced online.
