They Do Not Want Agreements Reached With Russia’s Help Between Armenia and Azerbaijan to Be Implemented - Lavrov
The West is attempting to undermine the stabilization agreements in the South Caucasus. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during a press conference following a meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of CIS member states in Minsk today.
“The United States and its satellites are trying to undermine the stabilization agreements in the South Caucasus. They do not want the agreements reached between Armenia and Azerbaijan with the help of Russia to be implemented,” he said.
During the press conference in Minsk, Lavrov also pointed out that the West is actively trying to penetrate Central Asia. “They are creating various formats that are obviously directed against the Russian Federation. From a strategic point of view, the West’s line is doomed to failure,” he added.
