NSS Issues New Statement on Terrorist News

On April 11, at 23:00, anonymous messages were recorded being sent to Armenian Telegram channels, allegedly regarding planned terrorist activities in schools in Yerevan.
The messages were posted from an account opened the same day under the name “Армения Конец” (@ArmeniaEnd) and were disseminated by a closed account named “Грант Джамбазян.”
According to preliminary assessments, this is a case of systematic informational terrorism. The National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia urges the public not to panic, noting that such manifestations may recur.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the dissemination of false information about terrorism.
