Will Pashinyan Attend Putin's Inauguration Ceremony or Not?

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has not yet made a decision on whether he will attend the inauguration ceremony of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

In response to a question from “Azatutyun,” Pashinyan stated that he cannot say at this moment, indicating that no decision has been made. When asked what the decision depends on, the Prime Minister replied, “Like all decisions, it depends on many circumstances.”

Putin's inauguration is scheduled for May 7. The Russian presidential elections took place from March 15 to 17, where the incumbent President Vladimir Putin received over 76 million votes, which accounts for 87.28% of the total number of citizens who participated in the elections.

During the pre-election period, the Russian Central Election Commission simply did not register unique candidates with anti-war moderate positions, depriving them of the opportunity to participate in the elections.
