38 People Killed in Gaza Shelling in One Day

In various areas of the Gaza Strip, at least 38 civilians have been killed due to Israeli shelling in the last 24 hours, and an additional 70 people have been wounded. This information was reported by the Palestinian news agency WAFA.

"During the last 24 hours, the occupying forces have conducted four assaults, leading to the deaths of 38 civilians and wounding 71 others," the agency noted, citing health sources from the Palestinian enclave.

According to their data, six civilians were killed in the Nuseirat refugee camp area in central Gaza as a result of Israeli airstrikes, with several others injured. In the south of the enclave, Israeli aircraft targeted a group of civilians in Nasir City, resulting in the death of at least one civilian, with several more injured. In the Shujaiya neighborhood of Gaza City, rescue teams have pulled six bodies from the rubble of a house bombed by the occupying forces.

Since the beginning of the Israeli military operation in the Gaza Strip in early October 2023, the death toll has reached 33,175. During this period, more than 75,800 people have been injured in the Palestinian enclave.
