UAE Demands Israel Provide Protection for Humanitarian Workers in Gaza Strip
The UAE's Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan has called for the immediate protection of humanitarian workers in Gaza. This was stated in a declaration on the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.
"We demand urgent, independent, and transparent investigations so that those responsible are held fully accountable, as well as immediate protection for humanitarian workers in the enclave," said Al Nahyan.
Earlier, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu admitted that Israeli soldiers had attacked international humanitarian workers from the organization 'World Central Kitchen' in the Gaza Strip. He stated that the attack on civilians was "not premeditated."
