Kazakhstan Denies Drone Launches Towards Tatarstan

Astana has denied reports from Russian media regarding the launch of drones from Kazakhstan towards Tatarstan. The Kazakh Ministry of Defense labeled the assumptions of State Duma Deputy Gurulev as untrue.

“The information circulating on certain Telegram channels about drones allegedly launched from Kazakhstan towards the Republic of Tatarstan's facilities is not true,” the Ministry of Defense stated in a communication. The agency noted that “such insinuations aim to discredit” Kazakhstan.
