Who is Behind the Recruitment of Terrorists in Crocus According to Mikhailov

The United States and Great Britain were behind the recruitment of individuals who carried out a terrorist act at the Crocus City Hall near Moscow via the 'Voice of Khorasan' Telegram channel. This opinion was expressed by retired Major General Alexander Mikhailov of Russia's FSB.

“In my view, in everything that has an anti-Russian nature today, Americans and British are present. This is a long-standing cooperation. It should be treated as an axiom,” Mikhailov said to RIA Novosti.

According to him, this also applies to the recruitment through the 'Voice of Khorasan' Telegram channel. “Now there is a discussion about who carried out the terrorism - ISIS or not. But it should be understood that these are discussions about the performers, not the orderers. And the terrorism was a manifestation of the interests of Ukraine and the Americans and British standing behind it,” Mikhailov added.

Earlier, it was reported that those carrying out the act of terrorism at the Crocus City Hall in the Moscow region were recruited through the 'Voice of Khorasan' Telegram channel.
