VIDEO. How Citizens Regulate Traffic at the Kiev-Halabyan Intersection
In the Kiev-Halabyan intersection of Yerevan, to avoid traffic jams, citizens have exited their vehicles and attempted to regulate traffic. Approximately half an hour later, the patrol service arrived and took action.
