Attackers of Crocus City Hall Under the Influence of Drugs

The attackers who targeted the Crocus City Hall were under the influence of drugs or psychotropic substances, according to law enforcement sources reported by TASS.

"Four individuals were under the influence of drugs. What specific drugs or psychotropic substances they used will be determined through expert examination," said a source from the agency. They did not rule out that the attackers had consumed banned substances not only on the day of the attack.
