Snow, Rain, Closed and Impassable Roads in Armenia

As of 09:00 on March 25, snowfall is reported in the regions of Talin, Ani, Artik, Akhurian, Ashotq, Aparan, Aragats, Spitak, Stepanavan, Tashir, Abovyan, Hrazdan, Sevan, Gavar, Martuni, Jambarak, Ararat, Vayk, Sisian, Goris, and Kapan, as well as in the Dilijan pass. Meanwhile, rain is observed in the regions of Armavir, Dilijan, Ijevan, Noyemberyan, Tumanyan, and Ejmiatsin, according to the Road Department.

The road segment from Gorayk in the Sisian region to the area known as "Zanger" is closed for vehicles with trailers. The Dilijan passes are impassable for vehicles with trailers, and the Spitak passes are closed for vehicles with trailers as well. The Vardenyats pass is closed for vehicles with trailers and is difficult for other types of vehicles to navigate.

All inter-state and republican roads are open. Road construction workers are conducting cleaning and salt-sand processing operations on the highways.
