Russian MP Provides Details on Arrests of Suspects

Russian State Duma deputy Alexander Hinshtein has reported that two individuals suspected of involvement in the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall have been arrested in the Bryansk region. The vehicle carrying the suspects was discovered overnight in the village of Khatsun in the Karachinsky district of Bryansk.

“One of the terrorists was arrested on the spot, while the others hid in the forest. As a result of search operations, the second suspect was found and arrested around 3:50 AM. The search for the others continues. All law enforcement agencies are involved in the operation,” he added.

It has been reported that a pistol, a submachine gun magazine, and passports of Tajik citizens were found in the vehicle.

Earlier, BAZA reported that the alleged criminals' vehicle had been stopped in the Bryansk region. It is noteworthy that Alexander Bortnikov, the head of the FSB of Russia, informed Vladimir Putin about the arrest of 11 individuals, including all four directly involved in the Crocus attack.

On the evening of March 22, a shooting and fire occurred before a concert at Crocus City Hall. The Russian Investigative Committee reports that the death toll from the attack has reached 93, with hundreds injured.
