Shooting in Moscow's Crocus City Hall: Dozens of Victims Reported

A shooting occurred at Moscow's Crocus City Hall, with initial reports indicating there are casualties. Eyewitnesses have reported that a man opened fire from an automatic weapon just before the start of the band "Piknik" concert.
