Video: Obtained and Resold Unlicensed Cigarettes for About Three Months

On March 12, community police officers from the Ashtarak division received information that a resident of Ashtarak was engaged in illegal entrepreneurship. According to the reports, a 37-year-old man was purchasing and reselling a batch of cigarettes without a license at one of the addresses in Ashtarak.

As a result of the initiated measures, the community police discovered the man on Tigran Mets Street on the same day and took him to the police station on suspicion of engaging in illegal entrepreneurial activity. He stated that for about three months, he had been obtaining and reselling various brands of cigarettes without a license, with the last batch purchased about three days ago.

Within the framework of the initiated criminal case, a search was conducted at the specified address on March 13, where 187 cartons of various types of unlicensed cigarettes were discovered. The circumstances are being clarified during the pre-investigation.
