The State Revenue Committee Introduces New Electronic Management System for Administrative Violations
The State Revenue Committee (SRC) has implemented a new electronic management system for administrative violation proceedings. This was announced in a statement released by the SRC.
According to the new system, notifications regarding documents, notices, and administrative acts accepted within the proceedings will now be posted on the taxpayer's personal account in the electronic reporting system of the tax authority. Exceptions are made for documents related to cases initiated prior to the system's implementation and for individuals who do not have taxpayer registration.
The SRC urges taxpayers to be vigilant regarding their personal accounts, so that when documents related to administrative violation proceedings are posted, they can exercise their rights within the rules and deadlines set by the RA Code on Administrative Offenses.
