In Armenia, it will be legally prohibited for minors to carry piercing and cutting objects. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in response to a query from @ArmeniaSputnik, as informed by the media's Telegram channel.

This decision is due to the increase in knife-related incidents involving teenagers. In 2022, there were officially recorded 17 crimes committed with knives in the republic, while in 2023, there were 25 incidents involving minors.
