Medvedev Congratulates Putin on 'Brilliant Victory'
Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev has congratulated Vladimir Putin on the victory in the presidential elections, calling it brilliant.
"I congratulate V.V. Putin on the brilliant victory in the presidential elections of the Russian Federation," he wrote on Telegram.
According to the processing results of 24.4% of the protocols, self-nominated Vladimir Putin is receiving 87.97% of the votes in the presidential elections.
