Polls Reveal Which Country Will Win Eurovison-2024, Armenia Falls Short of Top Ten

The songs from all 37 participating countries in the prestigious Eurovision 2024 competition have been released, and a voting poll is currently underway on eurovisionworld.am. According to the voting results, Croatia leads the list, with the Netherlands and Greece in second and third place, respectively. Armenia does not make it into the top ten.

The voting results from the site indicate that Sweden is in 4th place, followed by Italy in 5th, Serbia in 6th, France in 7th, Ukraine in 8th, Georgia in 9th, and Israel rounding out the top ten in 10th place. The site has been conducting polls among fans and followers of the competition for about ten years, with previous years' polls showing that the voting trends align closely with the main results of the contest.

Despite the poll results, the view counts for music videos on YouTube present a strikingly different picture. The Netherlands leads the YouTube view counts with 11 million views, while Croatia has 2.7 million. For comparison, Ukraine has 3.6 million views, Spain has 2.6 million, Poland has 2.3 million, Italy and Greece have both 2 million, Israel has 1.8 million, Finland has 1.7 million, Belgium has 1.6 million, Lithuania has 1.4 million, and Switzerland has 1.3 million. Armenia has close to 1 million views.

Voting for Armenia's participant is possible here. The prestigious Eurovision Song Contest 2024 will take place on May 7, 9, and 11 in Malmö, Sweden. Armenia will be represented by the group ‘Ladaniva’. The founders of ‘Ladaniva’ are singer Jacqueline Baghdasaryan and Louis Thomas. The other French members of the group change periodically. To date, ‘Ladaniva’ has introduced Armenian music lovers to unique songs like ‘Like a Breeze’, ‘Oh My’, ‘I Will Die for the Wind in the Mountains’, among others.

The French group ‘Ladaniva’ has gained significant recognition in Armenia for their interpretations of Armenian folk songs.
