A massive fire has broken out at a construction site in Tver, Russia. A high-rise building has been completely engulfed in flames. 'A powerful semi-constructed residential high-rise is burning in Tver. The building on Burashevsky Highway is entirely on fire,' reported the Shot Telegram channel.
