Video: Making Ghapama Becomes a Flash Mob

Making ghapama seems to be turning into a flash mob among food bloggers. In fact, before Lebanese chef Abir el Saghir shared a video of making Armenian ghapama on her social media, a well-known food blogger with Algerian and Palestinian roots, Amina, also shared the recipe for this beloved dish from Germany.

It can be suggested that making ghapama is transforming into a culinary phenomenon.
