Nikol Pashinyan states in his speech: "I believe that the generation of political thought is the most important thing today and in the history of our country. We have been through a very difficult path, and we are still going through it. We have gone through disasters, and facing the necessity of generating political thought amid disasters is a natural, even primitive phenomenon. However, let us note that political thought should not actually be generated after a disaster, but rather before a disaster occurs—to create the opportunity to prevent and manage it, which perhaps we haven't done very well or effectively."
