Video: Former Irkutsk Mayor Hosts Drift on Baikal Lake Ice

The video showing the former mayor of Irkutsk driving a limousine on the ice of Baikal Lake is under investigation by the police, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and local authorities. They are working to determine the exact location where Viktor Kondrashov organized the drift.

Commenting on the video, the emergency department of the Irkutsk region told Podem that they have contacted the administration of the Olkhonsky district because the administration has the right to draw up protocols for administrative offenses.
