Inspections Conducted at Tashir Pizza: Hraparak

The State Labor and Health Inspection Body recently conducted inspections at the Tashir Pizza chain. According to Hraparak newspaper, the inspections are related to the issue of keeping shadow employees, meaning the registration of workers.

The newspaper attempted to clarify this information with the State Labor and Health Inspection Body. In response to the newspaper's inquiry regarding whether inspections were conducted at the Tashir Pizza chain, what alleged violations they were connected to, and what violations were discovered, the inspection body stated: "On January 11, information was received by the hot line service of the RA Health and Labor Inspection Body that the labor rights of employees are being violated in the Tashir Pizza chain. Taking this into account and guided by point 'b' of the first part of Article 30 of the RA Law on 'Administrative Procedures and Administrative Proceedings,' an administrative proceeding against Pizza Tashir LLC was initiated on January 12, 2024, which is currently ongoing."
