Azerbaijan Rages Over Any New Military Technical Contracts, Yet Buys Billions Worth of Weapons: Pashinyan
Edita
Azerbaijan raises a ruckus over any new military technical contracts we undertake, yet it fails to mention its purchases of weapons worth billions of dollars, which is a crucial fact.
This was stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in an interview with France24, addressing Azerbaijan's accusatory statements regarding Armenia's acquisition of weapons.
“Why is Azerbaijan concerned about the reforms of the Armenian armed forces while it occupies the sovereign territories of the Republic of Armenia? Meanwhile, we are offering to finally delineate our borders and withdraw troops mirror-wise. We would mutually pull back our troops from the border, which could be a step toward peace,” Pashinyan remarked.
