VIDEO: Will Russian Troops Withdraw? A Question for the Deputy Foreign Minister

Our various processes with all our partners, including Russian partners, have been quite transparent, especially in recent times. This was stated by Armenia's Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan during a conversation with journalists.
Addressing the issue of the withdrawal of Russian troops, Kostanyan noted, “If there are any new developments in this regard, everyone will be informed.”
