Victory in the military operations in Ukraine will be determined by the effectiveness of drones and the application of artificial intelligence on the battlefield, said Josep Borrell, head of the EU's diplomatic service, while speaking at the Munich Security Conference. "Technology determines the outcome of war at an incredible speed. I was in Kyiv a few days ago, visited a drone factory, and I am confident that the future of this war will be decided by the efficiency of using unmanned aerial vehicles and artificial devices," Borrell stated.
