Zakharova Mocked the OSCE Report on Azerbaijan's Early Presidential Elections

Maria Zakharova mocked the OSCE report regarding Azerbaijan's early presidential elections. This was reported by News.ru.

She pointed out that the representatives of the organization were politically involved and remained committed to a predetermined outcome. "I have a question for the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights. Did they hear anything about the concept of consolidating society at a critical moment for the state? In my opinion, they heard nothing. And if they heard nothing, they have no idea how to observe the elections," she stated.

Previously, the OSCE had issued a statement about the elections held in Azerbaijan, which were won by Ilham Aliyev. In this statement, the organization's representatives noted that the preparation for the elections was efficient and professional, but at the same time, they voiced several complaints regarding certain aspects of the voting process.
