This was stated by the MP of the "Civil Contract" faction Vahagn Alexander in the National Assembly, responding to the viewpoint of the MP from the "Armenia" faction Arthur Khachatryan, regarding the constitutional amendments demanded by the Azerbaijani side, which he described as a characteristic of puppet states.

"You are a better capitulator than us, Mr. Khachatryan. It has been less than two weeks since you took power in Artsakh, and it's completely empty, not a single person is left. You say that you tolerate the fact that Armenia is filled with Turks. Excuse me, how many years has Arzvashen been filled with Turks under your rule, what have you done for Arzvashen, what are you doing to bring back Armenia's sovereign territory? You say you oppose the nation and the state. You are fighting against the RA on behalf of foreign interests," Alexander said, noting that the opposition faction is acting against Armenia on behalf of foreign orders.
