Video: You seem to be more of a specialist in demolition than construction, Tigran Avinyan to official

During a procedural session of the Yerevan City Council, it was reported to the mayor that a tender for the demolition of buildings numbered 8 and 10 on the 4th lane of Artsakh Street has been announced. 26 participants have submitted bids, and documentation reviews are currently underway.

In response, Tigran Avinyan commented: "You seem to be more of a specialist in demolition than in construction."
