Video: Heavy Snowstorm on the Zanger-Goris Highway

A heavy snowstorm is affecting the Zanger-Goris highway. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the roads leading from the Jermuk intersection to the Syunik region, including the Goris-Tatev and Goris-Sisian highways, are closed to trucks due to zero visibility.

In the Aragatsotn region, the roads leading from the Amberd high mountainous meteorological station to Amberd Fortress and Karch Lake are also closed. The Vardenyats Pass is closed to trucks due to poor visibility and is difficult to navigate for other types of vehicles.
