Video: IL-76 Shot Down by American Patriot System, Says Russian Investigative Committee

In the vicinity of Belgorod, Russia, an IL-76 aircraft has been reported shot down by an American Patriot system, according to statements from the Russian Investigative Committee.

The Russian Investigative Committee has released a video, reportedly filmed at the crash site of the IL-76 aircraft in the Belgorod region. According to the data from the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, it has been established that Ukrainian military personnel shot down the aircraft using the Patriot air defense system.

It is worth noting that similar statements have previously been made by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Maria Zakharova, a representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, responding to the Investigative Committee's announcement, stated: “American citizens should know where their money is going. Biden and his team have made Americans complicit in a bloody tragedy.”

Recall that the crash of the Russian aircraft resulted in the deaths of 75 individuals, including 65 captured Ukrainian servicemen.
