Photos: Azerbaijan Converts Berdzor's Saint Harutyun Church into a Mosque

New evidence has emerged regarding Azerbaijan's state-level policy of destroying Armenian heritage, according to the Artsakh Cultural Heritage Protection State Council.

“Videos posted on social networks have confirmed the reasonable suspicions about the conversion of Berdzor's Saint Harutyun Church into a mosque, which arose back in 2021. The church is currently surrounded by scaffolding, and construction works are underway in the area. According to the previously published project, it is clear that the church will be transformed into a mosque with two minarets,” the statement reads.
