Opel Goes Off the Road and Overturns on Armavir-Yerevan Highway, Injuries Reported

On January 30, at 04:20, the crisis management center of the Armavir regional rescue service received information about a traffic accident on the Armavir-Yerevan highway, near the village of Arshaluys.

A firefighting unit from the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that an Opel vehicle had veered off the roadway at the 15th kilometer mark on the Armavir-Yerevan highway and overturned.

Before the rescuers arrived, paramedics provided first aid at the scene to passengers V.M. (born in 1986) and S.K. (born in 1986), both of whom were later transported to a medical center.

The rescuers de-energized the vehicle and closed the gas tank valve.
