Snow Across Armenia: Roads Closed Due to Severe Blizzards

As of January 27 at 10:00 AM, snow is falling across the entire territory of Armenia. This information has been reported by the Road Department Foundation.

The Vanadzor-Dilijan highway segment is closed for vehicles with trailers. Due to severe blizzard conditions, the Vardenyats Pass and the Ttujur-Navur highway are closed for all types of vehicles.

The Stepanavan Pass is closed for vehicles with trailers, while other types of vehicles can pass with difficulty. The Spitak turns are impassable for vehicles with trailers. In the area of Lanjik, blizzard conditions are severe.

Other interstate and national highways remain open.
