Negotiations Lasted 2 Hours: Presidents of Iran and Turkey Meet
The President of Iran, Ibrahim Raisi, has arrived in the Turkish capital Ankara leading a high-level delegation. He was received by President Erdogan at the "Aksaray" Palace.
Following the official welcoming ceremony, the Iranian and Turkish presidents held bilateral meetings. The talks between President Ibrahim Raisi of Iran and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of Turkey lasted more than two hours.
According to local media reports, the presidents discussed bilateral relations as well as current issues on the regional and international agenda, particularly the situation in the Gaza Strip.
Following the bilateral meeting, a high-level cooperation council's 8th meeting is expected to be held with the participation of both presidents.
