The U.S. and British forces have targeted several sites belonging to the Houthi Ansar Allah movement in Yemen. This was reported on Monday by the Associated Press, citing American officials.

The U.S. and the U.K. used Tomahawk missiles and fighter jets launched from ships to destroy Houthi stockpiles and launch sites. According to the agency, this marks the second instance where the two allies have conducted coordinated retaliatory strikes against Houthi targets.

As reported by Al Arabiya and Al Jazeera, the U.S. and U.K. armed forces attacked a Houthi military camp located in Sanaa, as well as other sites in Taiz, Hajjah, Al Hudaydah, and Al Bayda provinces. An anonymous representative of the Ansar Allah movement stated to Al Jazeera that the strikes on Tuesday night were the most significant since January 12, when the U.S. and U.K. first launched attacks on Yemeni territory.

According to Al Hadath, the allies have carried out at least 35 strikes on Houthi targets. Additionally, sources from Al Hadath claim that three senior Ansar Allah officials were killed during the attack.
