Speed Camera Installed on Margara Road Section

The Road Police inform that considering the lack of photographic technical means to monitor compliance with the established maximum traffic speed, the absence of such measures has created favorable conditions for a large number of drivers to exceed the maximum speed, contributing to the emergence of accident situations.

In accordance with Article 22 of the Law on Police of the Republic of Armenia, a photographic technical device has been relocated from another location and installed on the road section of Margara community in Ararat Province, where the allowed traffic speed is 60 km/h.

The photographic technical device will be operational starting from February 2, 2024. The Road Police urge drivers to adhere to traffic rules.
