Lavrov on the Freezing of Armenian-Russian Relations

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has stated that the Russian side has never initiated the freezing of relations with Armenia. He emphasized, "As for Armenian-Russian relations, we have never been the initiators of freezing these relations," during a press conference following the outcomes of Russian diplomacy in 2023.

At the same time, the minister noted that in Moscow, they remember how many of the current officials in Armenia, when in opposition, called for the country to withdraw from the CSTO and the EAEU during various political processes and the electoral campaign.
