VIDEO: IRGC Announces Strikes on Various Targets in Iraq and Syria

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran has announced that it has carried out strikes using ballistic missiles on several targets in Iraq and Syria.

According to Iranian forces, one of the targets was an 'Israeli espionage center' located near Erbil, the capital of Iraq's Kurdish autonomous region, as well as targets associated with the 'Islamic State' group in Syria.

Reuters, citing sources within intelligence services, reported that explosions were heard approximately 40 kilometers from Erbil, where both a U.S. consulate and residential areas are located. Two anonymous U.S. officials told the agency that U.S. facilities were not harmed in the attack.
