Armen Grigoryan: 'There Cannot Be a Document That Does Not Align With Armenia's Interests, and We Will Sign It.'

During a public broadcast, Petros Ghazaryan posed a question to the Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan: "Four opposition lawmakers—Gegham Manukyan, Anna Grigoryan, Artur Khacharyan, and Kristine Vardanyan—assert that they have reviewed the peace agreement, which presents only Azerbaijani interests, with no consideration for Armenian interests. They claim that their concerns and suggestions have not only gone unaddressed but have also deepened."

"I do not know how they define Armenia's interest. However, in our understanding, Armenia's interest is to protect the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Armenia through the peace agreement. Armenia is negotiating on these matters. I am confident that we will make progress on these issues. I have no doubt that if we reach the signing of the peace agreement, it will fully align with Armenia's interests. There cannot be a document that does not align with Armenia's interests, and we will sign it," emphasized Armen Grigoryan.
