28-Year-Old Man Falls from Rock and Dies While Taking a Photo

On January 6, at 5:34 PM, the emergency response center of the Tavush regional rescue administration received a call reporting that a child had fallen into a gorge in the village of Yenokavan, and assistance from rescuers was required. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

It was determined that a citizen identified as N. A. (born in 1997) had fallen into the gorge near the St. Sargis chapel and died.

Rescuers retrieved N. A.'s body from the gorge (approximately 2 kilometers) and brought it to an ambulance.

According to Shamshyan.com, the young man had attempted to take a photo on a rock in an area known as "Khachi Dosh" but fell while doing so.
