Syrian Air Defense Responds to Israeli Missile Attack

The Israeli Air Force has launched a missile strike on Syrian military positions near Damascus. This was reported by the SANA agency, citing a spokesperson from the Syrian Armed Forces command.

It has been reported that Syrian air defense systems have opened fire on the enemy targets. “The Syrian air defense forces successfully managed to thwart the Israeli aggressive attack, with a portion of the enemy’s missiles intercepted as they approached the capital,” the command representative stated.

He clarified that the attack on Damascus was carried out at 01:20 from the Golan Heights. “As a result, material damage was inflicted, but there were no casualties among personnel,” the representative declared.
