Julya

During the operational meeting of the Yerevan City Hall today, the "Mulberry" system that has been introduced in the municipality was discussed. Yerevan residents will be able to submit their complaints and suggestions online.

Deputy Mayor Suren Grigoryan announced that the application has already been launched. "At this moment, it allows users to report their location by leaving a text message and attaching a voice message, photo, and video," he said.

According to Grigoryan, a task has been presented to expand the capabilities of the application: "This is an additional channel, alongside the hotline, to notify the city hall about issues." He also informed that when reporting an issue through this method, citizens will receive a message regarding the status of their application.

Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan stated that on the "Active Citizen" platform, everyone can report issues to the city hall. He also emphasized the importance of creating a payment option through this platform. "This application should serve as a unified platform for communication with the city hall, and our task is to implement this as quickly as possible while adhering to all safety regulations and standard identity verification procedures," he remarked. He highlighted the necessity of ensuring that citizens have a unified platform for communication with the city hall.
